Kick Start Dance Studio has been in business for 14 years and offers amazing classes in a variety of styles. We are known for working with students to technically train while building confidence and friendships. Our staff has had extensive training and continue to work in the entertainment industry. Whether you want a funky Hip Hop, classic Ballet, or competitive team, we're the dance studio for you!

Bitty Ballet

     Our beginning ballerinas start here!  No experience necessary but dancers should be independent of parent/guardian.  Class focuses on large motor skills, coordination, listening and fun!  With 10 years of teaching preschool under her belt, Miss Meghann has the experience to engage with little dancers and enjoys this class as much as her students!  Ballet shoes and ballet attire should be worn to class.  

Pre-Pop

     This is a super high energy class geared towards the beginning Hip Hop dancer.  No previous experience necessary.  We will introduce the latest styles of Hip Hop and Funk with an emphasis on coordination and rhythm.  These are dancers who love to move!  Please wear comfortable clothing (not jeans) along with tennis shoes or bare feet.  

Pre-Ballet

     This class is for the growing dancer to improve and develop coordination, rhythm and basic ballet techniques.  It is an energetic approach to the introduction of ballet.  Dancers must be independent of parent/guardian.  Ballet shoes and ballet attire should be worn to class.

Monday Mash-Up 

​     This high energy class will change styles from week to week.  Beginning techniques will be taught with an emphasis on FUN!  It's perfect for dancers who would like to test the waters in numerous styles of dance before they find the one they love!  Options include Jazz, Ballet, Tumbling, Hip Hop and Cheer Dance.  Please wear comfortable clothing that can stretch (no jeans) and bare feet.

Ballet/Jazz

     A combination class which offers a technique based Ballet class and beginner Jazz, this is a great introduction to dance!  For those who want to develop their technique and have the structure of Ballet followed by letting it loose in Jazz, there is a little something for everyone.  Ballet shoes should be worn for the Ballet portion of class.  For Jazz, dancers can be bare foot or wear Jazz shoes.  Dance attire should be worn to class.
